Business software development
We turn business needs into working applications by agreeing scope, user journeys and acceptance criteria. Our work covers web applications, business portals and system integrations.
Who is this for?
For SMEs and institutions digitising a process that standard tools cannot support or connecting existing systems.
Scope of work
- Definition of requirements, user roles and priority workflows.
- Development of a web application, business portal, API or system integration.
- Validation against agreed scenarios and planning for delivery and handover.
Potential deliverables
- An agreed scope, user journeys and acceptance criteria.
- An application or integration matching that scope.
- Test results, known limitations and agreed handover documentation.
How we work
We identify the priority workflow and its dependencies first. Development is divided into reviewable steps, feedback is assessed against the scope and delivery is verified using the agreed acceptance criteria.
Scope and conditions
Source code handover, intellectual property, hosting, third party licences and maintenance are defined separately in the agreement. We do not assume every system supports integration or that all features can be delivered in one phase.
Frequently asked questions
Can you integrate with our existing software?
Feasibility and scope are established after reviewing the relevant APIs, documentation and access options.
Is support available after delivery?
Maintenance, support duration and response conditions are agreed separately in the proposal and contract. Indefinite support is not a default part of delivery.
